Q: How much are your services?

A: Each commencement ceremony is unique to the needs and design of each university or department. We work directly with your commencement team to meet your budget and expectations. The amount is on a sliding scale based directly from the total number of projected graduates you expect names to be called. This number is then finalized after the total number of names are actually called. Be sure to ask for the Rate Card that you can use to help determine pricing schemes.

Q: What is included in your fees and services?

A: We will provide one, two or more professional name readers to read the names of graduates live at your university-wide commencement ceremonies. We offer planning services to help you design the best utilization of our readers based on needs and placement. We work with your sound team to help shape and design the best possible sound for your ceremonies as it relates to our name reading services. We can also provide live or recorded announcements to use at your ceremonies. Our fees are inclusive of commercial use of our professional name reader’s voices for commercial or electronic distribution.

Q: What is NOT included in your fees or services?

A: Our name readers may need accommodations and transportation. Although this can be negotiated in the contract for services, this amount is typically paid for by the hosting university. But again, we work with your coordinators or officers to ensure we can meet your budgetary needs.
